I lack consistency. That isn't a good thing. Here's to hoping I stick with this routine now that I'm back in Virginia... More to come later. :/

My problem isn't necessarily that I lack motivation, but that I'm impatient and expect results right away. I still hate my core, but my diet has cleaned up wonderfully. I can't wait to be back in a real kitchen and doing meal preps the way I should be.

Saturday I get to meet with an NPC Coach. I am absolutely excited! With the goal of competing in a NPC Competition next year, I'm sure she can help me even more, if not the most.

My main goal right now is a flat stomach by the end of March. If I'm not there, I'm sure I'll be upset.

Have I mentioned I hate my core?

Anywho... I'll let you know how Saturday goes. (:

Squats do the body good.

I hate to admit it, but I slacked off terribly! I now have to fix my body and get back to where I used to be, and even better,  Blah! Oh well..

So, in short... I'm working towards a flat stomach in eight weeks. Then next year, 2015, I plan on competing in a competition. Let's do this. >:]

However, my deep love for squats is taking me somewhere!




And... This is where I'm at now. Poop!
