Squats do the body good.

I hate to admit it, but I slacked off terribly! I now have to fix my body and get back to where I used to be, and even better,  Blah! Oh well..

So, in short... I'm working towards a flat stomach in eight weeks. Then next year, 2015, I plan on competing in a competition. Let's do this. >:]

However, my deep love for squats is taking me somewhere!




And... This is where I'm at now. Poop!
